The Services allow Customers to submit User Content and obtain Generated Images that simulate a shaved look. Generated Images are for informational and visualization purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of real-world appearance.
Due to the nature of AI-based processing, Generated Images may vary based on factors outside the reasonable control of BaldLooks.com, including image quality, input conditions, and model behavior.
You represent and warrant that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that all registration and account information you submit is accurate and complete.
4. User Content, ownership, and license
You remain solely responsible for all User Content you submit. You may submit only: (a) your own photos, or (b) photos you are expressly authorized to use by the applicable rights holder.
By submitting User Content, you grant BaldLooks.com a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, and use such User Content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
5. Paid Services, billing, and suspension
The Website currently offers one-time paid Services and may offer subscription-based Services in the future. Applicable prices, features, usage limits, and billing terms are presented at checkout and form part of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to Services for fraudulent payment activity, charge abuse, or material breaches of these Terms.
6. Refund policy
Unused paid plans are eligible for a refund within 30 days if you contact us at [email protected]. Once a plan has been used, refunds are not available due to non-recoverable compute costs.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Submitting User Content that you do not own or for which you do not have explicit permission from the rights holder.
- Submitting images of another person without that person's explicit permission.
- Using the Services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing purposes.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, disable, or circumvent security or technical protections of the Website or Services.
- Using Generated Images or other outputs in a manner that misrepresents identity, consent, or authenticity.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
